Without doubt, the best asset of the hotel is its location. It is at walking distance from second train station in Turin and from Turin center and main shopping streets. Next asset is its internet connection: free and smooth. Though not made for heavy duty internet information downloading
There are not more assets: Absolutely forget the breakfast. Save the money and use it at the cafeterias in the nearby. Its price is apparently cheap for a 4 star hotel but at the very end, the hotel is offering a three star service (two star for the breakfast).

The location was favourable and magnificent, a few steps away from a bus stop. The staff was willing to help, they care about everyone. The rooms were silent and new-fashioned, had a shower, hairdryers and a bidet...
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The hotel is located closely to Torino Porta Susa railway station and (only 10 minutes walk), at the same time the district is comparatively clean and has a good connection with the major Torino sightseeings. It takes only 15-20 minutes walk to get to the central squaire; the staff is friendly, the rooms are well equiped and comparatively spacious; excellent choice of dishes as for continental breakfast
One might experience problems with Wi Fi Internet connection, particularly in the evening

Reasonably priced and newly decorated hotel in Turin with competent stuff at the reception desk. Strategic setting in the very nice area, right by Torino Porta Susa, restaurants, shops and mini market, and centre of town. For tea or coffee visit Pastarell nearby.

I took a last minute booking, the staff were friendly, the location good.
My room reeked of smoke - I left the windows open for a while but the smell was still there. Some of the electrical fittings were a bit loose - on the bed head etc - needs a thorough check.

great base for exploring turin's charming parks and attractions
I really appreciated the hotel's excellent proximity to the beautiful Parco del Valentino, about a 30-minute walk away, and the nearly 1 km distance to the Egyptian Museum where I spent hours exploring all the fascinating exhibits. Despite a few issues with the overall upkeep, I found the central location to be a major highlight for my weekend strolls around the city.

staff friendly and helpful free internet mini bar fridge some tissues provided
I asked for a strictly non smoking room (because I am asthmatic/allergic). When I arrived at my room housekeeping had used vast quantities of perfumed odoriser (I suspect to cover up smoke smell) and turned up the heating to 25 degrees. I found it difficult to breath easily. The room had a window but there was a metal shutter which could not be opened though did have small air holes so it was difficult to get fresh air into the room.
